Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio.
- Manage and monitor automation workflows using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into efficient RPA solutions.
- Develop reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
- Ensure automation solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality automation outcomes.
- Document automation designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a UiPath Developer or in a similar RPA role.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Solid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience developing automation workflows using UiPath activities, variables, and data types.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a contractor environment and deliver within defined timelines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
