AtlasOne is a workflow automation tool for business lenders. Our Al agents assist business lenders in automating customer onboarding, data collection, and credit analysis processes, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency for our clients.

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, distributed systems and architecting cloud-based solutions.

- Proficiency in Python is essential, with a proven track record of designing and developing REST APIs.

- Strong knowledge of database systems: relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with developing and implementing Generative AI models or AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a proactive attitude.

- Bonus: Prior experience in finance or the fintech industry.

- Collaborate closely with the founding team, influencing product direction and strategic decisions.

- Design and develop scalable systems with robust architectures for our fintech solutions.

- Build, enhance, and optimize backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies to develop and integrate intelligent automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across the tech stack, continuously improving system performance.
