Software Engineer - Associate

Job Description

• Overall 6+yrs of experience in Software Engineer Developing and Delivering Java or Python projects with Cloud AWS experience
• Design and implement GenAI solutions
• Engineer, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs
• Convert existing business processes into AI prompted workflows
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI applications
• Document best practices and contribute to internal GenAI knowledge sharing.
• Debug production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver fixes promptly.
• Enforce coding standards through thoughtful peer reviews.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Mentor other developers and help elevate the team's engineering culture and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and engineering efficiency.
• Work with RDBMS (Aurora MySQL) and No-SQL databases.
• Utilize AWS Cloud services such as S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, EMR, etc.

Qualifications

• Overall 6+yrs of experience in Software Engineer
• Experience in Developing and Delivering Java or Python projects with Cloud AWS experience
• Experience building MCP servers and agents
