We offer an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to accelerate their career in a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization. In this role, you will be a core member of the Business Operations team, responsible for building data-driven insights, developing automation solutions, and enabling scalable business processes across the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver technology that directly supports business growth and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about solving complex business problems through thoughtful engineering.   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems).
  • Build and enhance APIs and integration frameworks to support internal and external system connectivity.
  • Contribute to the data abstraction layer that unifies multiple systems of record.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in application development, testing, deployment, and operational support to ensure system stability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Support architectural decision-making and technology standardization efforts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and developer productivity.
  • Demonstrate a strong self-starter mindset with the ability to independently investigate, learn, and solve complex problems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or BCA) with 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, Web/REST APIs, Entity Framework, and at least one relational database (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, API design, and system integration.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Mendix or other low-code platforms is a plus.
