Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – WSD / ITSM

Location: Hyderabad – Local Candidates Only

Experience: 5+ Years

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) – Mandatory

Mandatory Skills & Certifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications – Both Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development, implementation, and platform administration.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow APIs, and IntegrationHub.

Preferred Skills:

• Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Workplace Reservation Management, Visitor Management, Space Management, and Workplace Case Management.
• Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center.
• Exposure to CSM, HRSD, or ITOM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and WSD solutions.
• Customize workflows, scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

Strict Hiring Criteria:

Both CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
