Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer (36 Years) located in Hyderabad, India. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and high-performance web applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
Daily activities include backend and frontend development, API design, database management, CI/CD implementation, and troubleshooting production issues in a cloud-based environment.
Job Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Develop and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and aggregations.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize application performance.
- Work with Docker and cloud-based environments (preferably Azure) for deployments
Required Qualifications
- 36 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using FastAPI.
- Experience with Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js preferred).
- Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Solid experience working with MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
- Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug production issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets.
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or other message queues.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and integrations
