Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer + Instructor specializing in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Based in Delhi, India, the role involves designing and developing software solutions, teaching programming concepts with a focus on DSA, guiding students in problem-solving techniques, and mentoring them to achieve industry readiness. Additional responsibilities include conducting coding workshops, curating educational materials, and collaborating with team members for curriculum improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and core Computer Science fundamentals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proficiency in implementing optimized algorithms and writing efficient code
• Strong command over at least one programming language such as C++, Java, or Python
• Deep understanding of topics like recursion, dynamic programming, graphs, trees, greedy algorithms, and time complexity analysis
• Ability to explain complex DSA concepts clearly and mentor students effectively
• Passion for competitive programming, coding interviews, and problem solving
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, competitive programming, or technical content creation is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
