What will your job look like
- You will be a Software developer and part of data warehouse and analytics application team.
- Maintains ownership for the implementation of new requirements. You will be developing new modules or implementing enhancements in existing applications.
- Maintains ownership for the resolution of technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, troubleshooting and reproduction.
- You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code and providing fixes (analyzes and fixes bugs) and workarounds, will review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions, will highlight risks and will help mitigate risks from technical aspects.
All you need is :
- Bachelor's degree in science/IT/Computers or equivalent
- 3-7 Years experience as a Database Developer.
- Hands on development experience in database development using SQL Server (T-SQL) and PostgreSQL.
- Have strong understanding and Hands on SQL concepts like partitioning, indexing, SQL jobs and Dynamic SQL.
- It will be good if candidate have exposure of migrating T-SQL source into PG SQL.
- It will be good if candidate has PG database administration experience and managing it.
- Good to have experience and understanding of working with Linux.
- Its will be good if candidate have exposure of data warehouse application development.
- Self-motivated, Self-learner takes initiative, a team player, while being organized and responsible.
- Excellent communication skills, Analytical Ability, Learning Ability, and strong attention to detail.
