Software Engineer Advanced

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a technical team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and motivation.
• Design, develop, and modify software for internal and external products with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure the functional quality of released products across all platforms.
• Understand and work with complex software products and enterprise-level systems.
• Document and execute software designs that may require system re-architecture.
• Act as a Technical Lead on cross-functional and cross-product projects.
• Consult with customers regarding future upgrades and technical direction.
• Guide junior engineers and assist peers with less experience.
• Promote innovation through the introduction of new technologies.
• Work independently on highly complex technical problems and projects.

IAM-Specific Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SAML, OIDC, SCIM 1.1/2.0, and OAuth 2.0.
• Configure and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) and SLO (Single Logout).
• Integrate with IAM platforms like Microsoft Entra, Auth0, and Okta.
• Implement and manage RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, and multi-tenancy models.
• Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to support seamless IAM integration.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including relevant RFCs.
• Experience developing high-performance, scalable APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
• Experience working in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
