Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end campaign and event execution using Adobe Marketo Engage
  • Build and configure email, webinar, and event campaigns
  • Create emails, landing pages, Thank You pages, forms, and tracking links
  • Configure smart campaigns, smart lists, workflows, and automation
  • Execute A/B testing, test sends, QA checks, and campaign scheduling
  • Manage event workflows including confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and no-show campaigns
  • Monitor attendee sync and lead status updates across platforms
  • Generate campaign performance reports and dashboards
  • Maintain campaign documentation and coordinate with stakeholders for assets and inputs
  • Independently handle multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail and proactive communication
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage
  • Experience in campaign automation, smart campaigns, smart lists, and tokens
  • Expertise in email campaign setup and multi-step nurture journeys
  • Experience in landing page creation, forms, redirects, and field mapping
  • Knowledge of UTM setup, tracking links, and campaign attribution
  • Hands-on experience with Splash, ON24, and iCapture integrations
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, exclusion logic, and lead processing
  • Experience in campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
  • Ability to perform end-to-end QA and campaign testing before launch
  • Preferred: Marketo Certified Associate or Expert certification
