Job title : Software Engineer 4 – AI Ops

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Ops Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML-based automation solutions. The role involves working closely with senior infrastructure stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and build AI/agentic solutions within an enterprise AIOps framework. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering maturity to design, propose, and implement scalable AI-driven infrastructure automation across cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and design AI-driven automation solutions for infrastructure operations
2. Collaborate with senior engineering stakeholders to define AI Ops opportunities
3. Develop and deploy AI/ML-based automation using Python and agentic frameworks
4. Build and integrate AI solutions across cloud and enterprise infrastructure systems
5. Implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise AIOps frameworks and best practices

Required Skills :

1. Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
2. Experience in AI/ML platforms such as Databricks
3. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, Llama, Cohere
4. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
5. Experience working with infrastructure automation and AI-based systems

Preferred Qualification :

1. Experience with Java, JavaScript, Scala, or R
2. Knowledge of Google ADK, A2A, MCP, and Argo workflows
3. Experience in AI Ops or infrastructure automation projects
4. Strong experience in enterprise-scale distributed systems
5. Ability to work directly with senior technical leadership and drive solution design
