Role Description Seceon is hiring 35 full-time remote Software Engineers to join its fast-growing engineering team and help build next-generation AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.

As a Software Engineer at Seceon, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems and platform services that power Seceon's advanced cybersecurity platform. You will work on highly scalable and performance-driven systems capable of processing massive volumes of security events in real time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building robust software features, enhancing system scalability, optimizing performance for high-throughput data processing, and writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will also contribute to architecture decisions, API development, and system design to ensure reliability, scalability, and security across the platform.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and security operations, to transform business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions. You will help troubleshoot production issues, improve platform stability, and ensure seamless service delivery for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications and services.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Back-End Web Development, including working with APIs, databases, and scalable server-side architectures.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design principles and patterns.
• Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++) and relevant frameworks.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures is beneficial.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, logging, monitoring, or SIEM/SOAR platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
