About the Role:

This is a high-ownership role that combines deep technical skills with leadership and mentorship responsibilities. You'll design scalable systems, lead projects end-to-end, and contribute to the technical vision of the team.

Role & Responsibility:

● Own and lead complex system design across frontend, backend, and infrastructure — ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

● Drive end-to-end project execution — from scoping and architecture to delivery — while aligning with business goals.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA to define technical solutions and ensure smooth delivery.

● Champion innovation and technical excellence by introducing new tools, improving processes, and raising engineering standards.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of software development, product development experience

● Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Django, Go, Reactjs etc), relational databases (PostgresQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc), Kubernetes

● Solid understanding of modern frontend development and component architecture.

● AWS Certified will be a plus with hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and EKS.

● Expertise in system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

● Experience with CI/CD, devops tools, and cloud infrastructure.

● Advanced knowledge across System Design, Architecture (HLD, LLD), Frontend and Backend technologies, Database Optimisation, CI/CD skills, Devops.

● Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Qualification:

● B.E/BTech in IT or Computer Science

● Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.

Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week)
