Software Engineer II – Full Stack (5+ Years)

Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-quality product features with a strong emphasis on modern frontend development
- Develop scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, or similar modern frameworks
- Build backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design and ship high-impact user experiences
- Work in an AI-first engineering environment, where tools such as Cursor, Claude, and other AI coding assistants are used extensively as part of the development workflow
- Design and implement agent-driven workflows that improve product capabilities and engineering productivity
- Build internal tools and developer experience (DX) agents to automate engineering tasks and accelerate development
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while following engineering best practices
- Continuously improve development velocity by adopting AI-assisted development and automation practices
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience in frontend development using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
- Experience building backend systems using Java with Spring Boot or Kotlin
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered applications or LLM-based workflows
- Familiarity with agent-based architectures or autonomous software systems
- Experience building developer productivity tools or internal platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills
