We are seeking a skilled Software Distribution Services professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing software distribution processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of applications to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Manage software distribution processes and ensure timely delivery of applications to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve software deployment strategies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues and provide technical support to users.
• Maintain documentation related to software distribution processes and update as necessary.
• Evaluate and implement new software distribution tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software distribution or related field.
• Proficiency in software deployment tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Jamf, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation purposes.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols related to software distribution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot deployment issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
