Key Skills:
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework 4.0+, ASP.NET, MVC
- Hands-on expertise with WCF, WPF, WF, LINQ, Entity Framework (EF)
- Experience in enterprise application development and object-oriented design
- Technical leadership experience managing 3–5 software developers
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and ORM technologies
- Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, and web application development
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated testing, multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, code reviews, and software architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, review, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
