Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performance software engineering team building next-generation cloud networking services.
Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier engineering and cloud talent to foster a strong, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
Own services end-to-end from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, and 24x7 operations.
Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Leadership to define project plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
Drive operational excellence, ensuring zero-downtime architecture and reliability across OCI's global footprint.
Partner with other OCI service teams to deliver seamless integrations and manage escalations effectively.
Scale systems and teams sustainably by developing robust tooling, automation, and engineering best practices.
Promote a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and agility, fostering continuous improvement and learning.
