Job Title: Software Development Services Manager (On-Site | Navi Mumbai | US Hours)

Role Objective:
The SDS Manager leads end-to-end delivery across Data, Business Intelligence (BI), Cloud, DevOps, and Website/Application Development, using a modern AI-enabled delivery model to enhance quality, speed, and decision-making. The position is 100% officebased, requiring daily onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with U.S. working hours to effectively support U.S. clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve delivery predictability using AI-assisted estimation, forecasting, and risk detection.
- Increase engineering velocity and quality through AI-driven documentation, code reviews, test generation, and automated deployment checks.
- Provide insight-led reporting via automated dashboards and ML-assisted KPI monitoring.
- Enable client value expansion through AI-enabled enhancements and data-driven recommendations.
- Project, Delivery & Client Leadership. Lead multiple simultaneous projects from initiation to closure.
- Conduct AI-assisted requirement gathering and solution workshops.
- Use predictive analytics to anticipate delivery risks. Automate reporting using AI-enhanced dashboards.
- Serve as primary client interface and manage escalations. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
AIEnabled Engineering Excellence
- Integrate generative AI into the SDLC.
- Implement and standardize MLOps practices.
- Use cloud-native AI/ML services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Enhance observability and release governance with automation.
Data, Analytics & Intelligent Automation
- Oversee BI, ETL, and data platform projects.
- Deliver predictive analytics, NLP, and generative AI use cases.
- Lead workflow automation initiatives.
- Uphold Responsible AI principles.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
- Strengthen team delivery frameworks with AI automation.
- Present AI-enabled strategies and delivery improvements.
Education:
- 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Project Management.
- Experience delivering Data, BI, Cloud, DevOps, and Web/App projects.
- Strong client-facing leadership.
- Technical Skills:
- Data Warehousing, ETL, SQL, Python, BI Tools.
- ML fundamentals, NLP, generative AI.
- AWS, Azure, GCP; cloud-native AI/ML.
- CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Docker, MLOps.
- Web/app development (WordPress, React.js, Node.js, Java).
Additional Requirements
- Office-based position.
- Must align with U.S. working hours.
- Strong documentation and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Preferred: PMP/Agile certifications; TensorFlow/PyTorch experience.
