Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technical Software Development Senior Analyst specializing in VBA & VBScript. In this role - design, develop, and support high-impact automation solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements to design, develop, and deploy robust VBA, VBScript, Selenium, C#, .Net and Automation tools.
- Create, maintain, and optimize scripts to streamline data handling, reporting, and repetitive business processes.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality applications through rigorous debugging and performance tuning to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Proactively troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues, identify root causes, and implement timely, permanent fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all scripts, process flows, and troubleshooting protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in developing solutions using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) VBScript, C# and .Net.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve existing processes, enhance automation efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office automation (Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
- Experience with automation tools and exposure to AI/ML-based solutions.
- Proven track record of debugging, optimizing, and modernizing legacy codebases.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL databases and advanced data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with automation within Windows and Citrix environments.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced automation frameworks (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath).
- Exposure to AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, OCR, or intelligent automation platforms).
- Experience with enterprise system integration.
