Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, development, implementation, and continuous optimization of MES systems to ensure stable operation.
2. Manage the MES development team, including task allocation, technical solution review, and project delivery.
3. Work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment, and Warehouse teams to analyze business requirements and design system solutions.
4. Lead system integration between MES and ERP, WMS, QMS, PLM, and equipment systems.
5. Drive manufacturing digitalization initiatives, including production traceability, equipment data collection, and quality management.
6. Explore and promote the application of AI, data analytics, and other emerging technologies in smart manufacturing.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in MES development or implementation within the manufacturing industry, with team or project management experience.
3. Strong understanding of MES core business processes and hands-on experience in full-cycle MES project implementation.
4. Proficiency in C#/.NET, Web API, and mainstream databases, with solid system design and development capabilities.
5. Experience in MES integration with ERP, WMS, QMS, or other enterprise systems equipment data integration experience is preferred.
6. Strong cross-functional communication, project execution, and problem-solving skills.
