Software Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Architect software projects, design modules, and lead module development.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams (developers, QA, UI/UX).
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect resolution and high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
• Travel to client sites to meet stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
• Follow structured approaches to close projects effectively and document learnings.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development.
• 3+ years managing multiple projects (minimum 5+ years for must-have requirement).
• Hands-on experience with Web Full Stack or .NET Full Stack.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
