Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small to mid-sized software engineering team
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions
- Work on core software development with a focus on big data and analytics
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality coding, debugging, and delivery standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Drive agile development practices and project execution
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth
Must-Have Qualifications | Preferred Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in core software development
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with big data technologies or strong interest in the same
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile environments
- Minimum 1 year of team management experience
- Ability to independently execute projects and handle complex problem statements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
