Join Oracle's Fusion Applications Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization as a hands-on Development Manager (M2) for the Collaboration Messaging Framework (CMK). You will lead and inspire a talented engineering team focused on building scalable, secure, and innovative messaging solutions that connect Oracle applications with global trading partners and networks.
As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
Lead a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interact with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically, 7 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management capacity.
Proven track record with SaaS/Cloud products and large-scale distributed systems prior experience with enterprise messaging frameworks or B2B integrations is a plus.
Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and integration standards (e.g., EDI, XML, web services, REST APIs).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving delivery in fast-paced, agile environments.
