Software Development Manager Mobile & Cloud Platforms

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the development, quality

assurance, and release management of our customer-facing mobile application platform. You will

manage a cross-functional team, oversee the end-to-end SDLC, and ensure successful monthly

releases. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, and cloud

technologies with strong leadership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering and QA team; foster a high-performance culture;

conduct performance reviews; manage resources and skill development.

Product Delivery

Own monthly releases; translate business requirements into technical deliverables; lead Agile

ceremonies; manage risks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Technical Leadership

Provide oversight across Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, and cloud technologies; review

architecture; enforce engineering best practices; resolve complex issues.

Quality & Release Management

Oversee QA, testing, defect management, release validation, automation, and deployment

readiness.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Ensure reliability, scalability, security, performance, and operational excellence of cloud

infrastructure.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary technical contact; participate in planning; communicate status, risks, and

recommendations; build strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 7+ years in software development and 3+ years managing teams.

• Experience delivering production mobile and cloud applications.

• Strong knowledge of Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase, cloud platforms, Agile/Scrum, and

release management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CI/CD, software security, QA frameworks, monitoring/observability tools, Google

Cloud/AWS/Azure, startup experience, and relevant certifications.
