You are passionate about hiring and developing exceptional talent, fostering leadership across multiple teams, and continuously improving software development processes. You are highly customer-focused, thrive on solving real business problems, and take pride in building innovative, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

We foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability-where every team member and leader contributes to the product vision and delivery. This role also involves regular collaboration and communication with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
