Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Software Development: Architecture the Project and assign development task to team members
  • Team Management:Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, UI/UX.
  • Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
  • Client Site Traveling: Travel and meet with different stakeholders.
  • Project Closure: Follow desired approach to close the project
  • Requirements
  • Educational Background:
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.
  • PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent Certification
  • Experience:
  • 8+ Years Total Exp, 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Full Working knowledge of Software Development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership skill, Very good in Software Development skills,
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Nice to Have :
  • Agile-specific certifications.Hands-on experience in programming or understanding of technical architecture.
