Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager / Technical Lead with 15+ years of overall experience in software development and team leadership. This role requires a strong technical background combined with mature people leadership capabilities, agile delivery ownership, and hands-on involvement in architecture and production systems.

You will lead engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native applications using Microsoft and Azure technologies while driving technical excellence, delivery predictability, and team growth.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
• Angular & TypeScript
• Azure Cloud ecosystem (Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, SQL Database)
• Experience with distributed systems and message-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and structured data formats (XML, JSON).
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale production deployments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects within defined KPIs and timelines.
