Project Role: Software Development Lead
Project Role Description:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your role involves overseeing the development process and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions, while leading a team through technical challenges and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide deep expertise in SAP EWM and software development.
- Team Collaboration & Management: Collaborate with and manage the team, ensuring high performance and quality output.
- Decision-Making: Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key project decisions.
- Solution Delivery: Provide solutions to complex problems that span across teams.
- Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of software solutions.
- Technical Guidance: Offer mentorship and technical guidance to team members to support their development.
- Ensure Project Success: Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and ensure successful software delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software systems.
- Knowledge of technologies and tools relevant to software development.
- Leadership experience in leading software development projects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
Educational Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field).

- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
