We're Hiring: Software Development Intern – CallingGen

GenXReality is a technology company building practical technology products and solutions. One of our products, CallingGen, is a communication and calling platform designed to help businesses manage and automate customer calling workflows.

We're looking for a Software Development Intern to join our product development team and work directly on the development of CallingGen.

This is a hands-on development role focused on writing code, building features, testing, debugging, and improving a live web-based product.

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
• Develop and implement new features for CallingGen
• Work across frontend and backend components of the platform
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations
• Work with databases and backend services
• Develop web application interfaces, dashboards, and workflows
• Work with calling and real-time communication functionality
• Test new features and identify bugs
• Debug and resolve application issues
• Improve existing features, performance, and reliability
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Work with the development team to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Participate in testing, deployment, and product improvements

• Strong programming fundamentals
• Good problem-solving and logical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies
• Basic understanding of frontend and backend development
• Understanding of APIs and databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Ability to write, test, and debug code
• Willingness to learn and work across different areas of a web application

• React or another modern frontend framework
• FastAPI, Node.js, or a similar backend framework
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
• REST API development
• Third-party API integrations
• WebSockets or real-time applications
• Docker/Linux
• Cloud deployment
• Previous experience developing web applications or SaaS products
