Position: Software Development Engineer
About The Role
We are seeking highly skilled Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and Technical Leads / Engineers with deep expertise in Agentic AI and the end-to-end development of AI agents for business applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Conversational and Intelligent AI Agents that automate, enhance, and transform business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents using leading AI platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, n8n, AgentForce). Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon.
- Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face) to deliver scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into.
- AI-powered automation solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development - from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI agents. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python, Node.js with hands-on experience in API development & integration.
- Proven expertise in building and deploying RAG, Conversational AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation systems.
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable deployment frameworks.
- Relevant experience in working with Kore.ai platforms is required.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
- Prior work in domain-specific AI agent development (finance, healthcare, customer support, etc.
