Key Responsibilities- Lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for software development projects.
- Design, develop, and implement robust test strategies and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all software deliverables meet functional and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and quality processes.
Mandatory Requirements- Minimum 1+ yearexperience in anIT support function.
- Excellentcommunicationandteamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with global customers and service providers.
- Willingness towork in shiftsas per business needs.
- Ability toresolve issues within SLAand manage dailytickets and service requests.
- Education:Bachelor's degreein Information Technology, Computer Science,Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
Core Skills & Technical Expertise- Ticket and email processing support; managing centralized mailboxes.
- Coordination with internal teams and query group assignments.
- VPN L1 Support(Access Management).
- Video Conferencing Support,Desktop/Application L1 Support(Outlook, PDF, Browser troubleshooting, Internet, etc.).
- Wintel L1 Support:Domain ID creation, access management.
- DBA & Unix L1 Support:ID creation, password reset.
- Network L1 Support:Basic troubleshooting and MAC binding.
- Web application support, mailbox and shared drive management, basic Excel knowledge.
- Awareness ofActive Directoryandaccess managementprinciples.
