Build and maintain scalable and performant web applications using React.js and modern front-end tools.
Have strong knowledge of React.js , its core principles, lifecycle methods, and React hooks .
Work extensively with modern front-end libraries and tools like React Router, Redux (or similar state management), Axios/Fetch for API integration.
Write modular, reusable, and maintainable code with appropriate documentation to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Demos, Estimations, Retrospectives , and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers.
Contribute to code reviews , write unit test cases (using Jest, React Testing Library, etc.), and champion best practices across the team.
Stay updated with the latest developments in React.js and JavaScript ecosystem to propose new ideas and tools for improving development efficiency.
Gain exposure to micro-frontends , performance optimizations , accessibility standards , and responsive design across devices and platforms.
Requirements
B.E/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 1-3 years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and working with JSON/XML data formats.
Solid grasp of front-end development tools and practices including Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier , etc.
Understanding of software engineering best practices , version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Ability to build intuitive and performant UI/UX components with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with a knack for solving complex problems.
Passionate about clean code, performance, user experience, and continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Experience with TypeScript , Next.js , or Server-Side Rendering (SSR) .
Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing automated tests.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines , Docker , or other DevOps practices.
Understanding of backend technologies or RESTful APIs.
