About The Role
Most engineering roles give you one product, one domain, and a ticket queue. This one is different.
At Techdome, you will work directly on four live, revenue-generating products — an AI-powered recruitment platform, a healthcare management portal, a stock trading & investment platform, and fintech payments infrastructure. You will not be a cog in a large engineering org. You will be one of the engineers who owns the architecture, shapes the product, and ships features that real users depend on.

What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of features — from scoping and system design through development, testing, deployment, and iteration
- Build fast, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js and rock-solid backend services with Node.js and Express.js
- Design REST APIs, backend microservices, and third-party integrations that are built to scale and easy to maintain
- Model and optimize data across MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL — with Redis handling caching, queuing, and real-time data layers
- Engineer payment systems end-to-end — gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Braintree), webhook pipelines, reconciliation flows, payout workflows, and fault-tolerant retry logic built to PCI-DSS standards
- Build trading platform features that demand precision — order management systems, real-time market data feeds via WebSockets and SSE, portfolio and watchlist modules, and integrations with brokerage APIs like Zerodha Kite, Upstox, and Angel One
- Develop healthcare portal modules that handle sensitive workflows at scale — patient management, EHR data flows, appointment scheduling, hospital billing and claims, and pharmacy/lab integrations via HL7/FHIR APIs
- Wire AI and ML APIs into recruitment workflows — automated screening pipelines, interview scoring engines, evaluation logic, and recruiter-facing dashboards
- Handle financial and patient data with the security it deserves — tokenization, encryption, and awareness of PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Ship with confidence using CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude — as a genuine force multiplier in your daily workflow
What You Bring
- 2–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Product Engineer
- Strong command of React.js on the frontend and Node.js with Express.js on the backend
- Solid working knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL — and the ability to write queries that perform well at scale
- Proven, production-level experience with payment gateway integrations — Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or Braintree
- Hands-on experience shipping features on SaaS or product-based platforms — fintech, healthtech, trading, or similar domains strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of secure data handling — tokenization, encryption, PCI-DSS and HIPAA compliance awareness
- Strong grasp of REST API design, webhook architecture, and system design fundamentals
- Experience with Redis or equivalent caching systems — especially for real-time or high-throughput use cases
- Collaborative development practices — Git workflows, code reviews, and team-oriented engineering habits
- Comfort operating in an Agile/Scrum environment with fast iteration cycles
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience building or contributing to stock trading platforms — order books, live price feeds, brokerage API integrations (Zerodha Kite, Upstox, Angel One)
- Hands-on work with real-time data pipelines — WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or Kafka for streaming market data
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or building LLM-powered product features
- Exposure to healthcare data standards — HL7, FHIR, or ABDM (India)
- Cloud infrastructure experience — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Containerization and orchestration — Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices patterns
- CI/CD tooling — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Automated testing habits — Jest, Mocha, or similar
- Exposure to agentic AI frameworks — LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
- A background in startup or product-led engineering environments — where ownership was real and timelines were tight
