Software Development Engineer - IV - Backend

Key Deliverables

1. Design scalable, modular infrastructure for high-traffic distributed systems.
2. Develop reusable infrastructure code and CI/CD tooling to support rapid deployment.
3. Build and manage secure systems for secrets management, access control, and observability.
4. Lead platform scale-up, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

1. Drive cloud-native infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.
2. Architect centralized logging, monitoring, and metrics systems to support high availability.
3. Ensure system resiliency with strong disaster recovery strategies (RTO, RPO, MTTR, MTTD).
4. Mentor engineers and uphold best practices in DevOps, security, and distributed systems.
