Software Development Engineer III

Key Deliverables:

• Design scalable systems using Microservices and distributed architecture
• Develop critical path components with secure, performant code using Java or Golang
• Lead delivery of high-value features with CI/CD, TDD, and secure development practices
• Build infrastructure-aware applications using database paradigms and scripting

Role Responsibilities:

• Mentor team and influence architecture, coding standards, and delivery quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and implement high-level designs
• Proactively evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and patterns
• Lead system-level debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
