About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python) to join our core engineering team at Coredge.io. You'll lead the design and development of cloud-native, scalable microservices, working with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/OpenStack), and CI/CD pipelines to build next-gen PaaS and IaaS solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers; drive feature ownership and technical excellence.
- Design, develop, and scale microservices and distributed systems.
- Work on Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in backend development (Python preferred; Go/Java also considered).
- Strong grasp of microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Argo), and cloud (AWS/OpenStack).
- Experience with databases (Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and authentication tools (Keycloak, Okta).
- Solid understanding of OS, data structures, and Linux fundamentals.
- Proven experience mentoring teams and owning deliverables end-to-end.
