Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Design and develop key features for the Tesco Data Platform with long-term scalability in mind
Lead quality improvements across the platform codebase and ensure robust production deployments
Provide technical coaching to peers and ensure high engineering standards within the team
Drive change initiatives and enhance platform resilience and operational readiness

Role Responsibilities:

Participate in architectural and planning discussions impacting cross-functional teams
Own and resolve production issues, driving reliability and uptime
Mentor engineers to foster innovation, best practices, and coding excellence
Influence product and platform evolution by aligning tech goals with business objectives
