Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing challenges that arise during the development process, and contributing to the overall enhancement of application functionality. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing code and implementing enhancements to improve performance and user experience, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries related to Python. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
