We are looking for a Platform Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to build and enhance the shared platform, reusable components, and developer tools that power our products. You'll work across Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB to create scalable, reusable solutions that enable product teams to deliver faster and more efficiently. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain shared platform libraries, services, and tooling used across multiple product teams. - Develop and enhance core backend components, including APIs, middleware, authentication, and configuration-driven workflows. - Contribute to the evolution of our low-code / config-driven platform, where configurations drive schemas, APIs, and standard CRUD screens. - Create and maintain reusable Angular components and libraries that can be adopted across applications. - Ensure shared packages are stable, scalable, well-documented, and easy to integrate. - Improve developer experience through scaffolding tools, code generators, and clear technical documentation. - Write unit tests, troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend systems, and participate in code reviews. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify common requirements and convert them into platform-level improvements. - Support the development of scalable, production-ready applications with strong logging, monitoring, and error-handling practices. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience with Node.js and Express.js . - 1-2 years of experience with Angular (2+) and building reusable UI components. - 1-2 years of experience with MongoDB and Mongoose. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), including base classes, hooks, and extension patterns. - Experience working with monorepos and shared internal libraries. - Interest in config-driven or low-code development approaches. - Proficiency with Git, Postman, Chrome DevTools, VS Code, and AI-assisted coding tools. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. - Collaborative mindset with ownership, accountability, and a willingness to learn platform internals.
