Role Summary
The Software Development & AI Automation Trainee will support the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications and automation solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure to backend development, API integrations, and AI-driven systems, while working in a structured, engineering-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in backend development, API design, and system integrations
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and business logic
- Contribute to frontend components such as dashboards and user interfaces
- Work on AI-enabled automation use cases, including integration of intelligent systems
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of applications
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support technical documentation, code reviews, and system design activities
- Adhere to coding standards, version control practices, and development workflows
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Technical Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and SQL
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
