Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for 1-3 years of a skilled developer having strong expertise in Ruby on Rails. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that enhance user experience and functionality.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and GoLang (good to have).
• Willingness to learn and work with Java + Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing.
• Strong expertise in relational databases (Postgres preferred).
• Practical exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions).
• Proactive mindset, with a sense of accountability and ownership.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with a strong focus on unit and integration testing.
• Work with relational databases (Postgres preferred), ensuring scalability and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions with clear articulation and communication.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them to completion with accountability and attention to detail.
• Learn and contribute to projects in Java + Spring Boot as and when needed.
• Continuously improve software development practices, tools, and processes.
