Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM functionalities aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and process automations
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Teams
- Follow Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- Understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Experience with Flows / Process Automation
- Knowledge of Salesforce security & sharing model
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Git/version control familiarity
- Debugging and performance tuning skills
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Experience with third-party integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Agile/Scrum experience
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Nice to Have- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps Center / SFDX
- Experience working in consulting/client-facing roles
