ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a full-time Software Developer Intern with strong computer-science, programming, and modern web-engineering foundations. You will build production software using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Webflow, APIs, databases, Git, and modern deployment workflows.
You will work closely with growth and GTM teams. Your professional identity remains developer first. GTM supplies the problems, users, and measurable outcomes for your software.
You will write code regularly. You will ship customer-facing applications and their supporting systems. This includes websites, web applications, landing-page systems, dashboards, lead workflows, outbound engines, AI agents, analytics, integrations, and operational tools.
You will understand business problems, design practical solutions, ship them, test them, and improve them. Projects may include launching a client website, automating prospect research, repairing a lead pipeline, improving an AI agent, or converting a manual campaign process into a reliable system.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. SOFTWARE AND WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
- Build production applications using React and Next.js.
- Create reusable components and maintainable front-end systems.
- Build server-rendered and statically generated experiences.
- Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Build internal tools and administrative interfaces.
- Write maintainable JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Use Git-based development, reviews, and deployment workflows.
- Debug application, integration, and deployment problems.
- Choose practical architecture for business requirements.
- Own features from requirements through production release.
2. WEBSITES AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCES
- Build websites, landing pages, campaign pages, and CMS templates.
- Turn designs and briefs into responsive production experiences.
- Build service pages, case studies, forms, and conversion journeys.
- Support high-volume landing-page and campaign production.
- Improve navigation, content flow, calls to action, and forms.
- Prototype interactive web ideas quickly.
- Manage website updates through deployment.
- Move confidently between coded applications and Webflow.
React and Next.js are central. Webflow remains important.
3. WEBSITE QUALITY, SEO, ANALYTICS, AND CONVERSION
- Ensure releases are responsive, accessible, functional, and production-ready.
- Diagnose technical, layout, indexing, tracking, script, and asset problems.
- Implement on-page SEO and internal-linking improvements.
- Maintain indexable page structures and conversion paths.
- Configure analytics, attribution, tags, pixels, events, and campaign parameters.
- Create reliable QA and release processes.
- Document production-impacting changes.
- Find problems and implement fixes, not merely audits.
4. FORMS, LEAD CAPTURE, AND CUSTOMER JOURNEYS
- Build forms, scheduling experiences, and lead-routing systems.
- Create qualification and disqualification logic.
- Connect forms with APIs, webhooks, databases, and internal systems.
- Maintain clean contact and campaign data.
- Troubleshoot failed submissions and integrations.
- Improve journeys from website visits to booked conversations.
- Build dashboards and administrative workflows when required.
5. AI AUTOMATION AND INTERNAL SYSTEMS
- Build AI-assisted marketing and sales workflows.
- Convert repetitive work into reusable automations.
- Build agents for research, enrichment, campaign preparation, and reporting.
- Connect AI tools with Notion, Slack, websites, and outbound platforms.
- Design dependable API and webhook workflows.
- Improve agents after real usage.
- Test models, tools, and automation platforms.
- Make practical build-versus-buy decisions.
- Document and hand over systems clearly.
Machine-learning research is unnecessary. Reliable applied AI is essential.
6. GTM, OUTBOUND, RESEARCH, AND DATA SYSTEMS
- Build prospect-research and structured market-mapping workflows.
- Maintain prospect databases, buying-committee maps, and campaign pipelines.
- Support LinkedIn and email outreach systems.
- Configure enrichment, verification, sequencing, approval, and quality controls.
- Scrape, clean, merge, and verify data.
- Monitor campaign operations and identify failures quickly.
- Improve data movement between research and execution systems.
- Automate recurring outbound tasks.
- Improve targeting using campaign feedback.
- Report useful pipeline and campaign outcomes.
This is software engineering within GTM. Success means better coverage, speed, quality, conversion, and pipeline creation.
7. CREATIVE AND CONTENT SUPPORT
- Create lightweight motion, visual, video, and website assets.
- Turn product or campaign ideas into visual prototypes.
- Create Looms and visual walkthroughs.
- Support testimonial and case-study production.
- Collaborate with designers on interactive concepts.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools without compromising quality.
You need useful visual judgment, not specialist design credentials.
8. TECHNICAL PROJECT OWNERSHIP
- Turn unclear requests into working outcomes.
- Break goals into deliverable stages and estimate effort.
- Communicate realistic timelines and blockers early.
- Coordinate access, credentials, tools, and dependencies.
- Work with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Run reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain clear daily and project reporting.
- Create documentation, walkthroughs, and handover materials.
- Support teammates using your systems.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within 30 days, understand our website, growth, automation, and lead systems. Ship an active improvement. Resolve a recurring bottleneck. Establish dependable reporting and QA.
Within 60 days, own website releases. Build or improve a team automation. Connect a fragmented GTM workflow. Improve lead, campaign, or analytics data. Document reusable systems.
Within 90 days, own meaningful growth infrastructure. Run reliable release and quality controls. Replace manual work with automation. Improve production speed. Demonstrate measurable impact on speed, quality, conversion, or pipeline.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent rigorous experience.
- Strong computer-science fundamentals, including data structures and architecture.
- Understanding of HTTP, APIs, databases, debugging, and application design.
- Independent coding, testing, reviewing, and maintenance ability.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
- Practical React experience.
- Practical Next.js experience or equivalent framework knowledge.
- Working TypeScript knowledge.
- Component-based front-end development experience.
- API and database integration experience.
- Git and modern deployment experience.
- Responsive and accessible interface development.
- Production website experience.
- Webflow experience or willingness to learn quickly.
- API, webhook, and third-party integration experience.

- Technical SEO fundamentals.
- Structured data and spreadsheet skills.
- Strong debugging, reporting, and documentation habits.
- Evidence of shipped projects.
- Willingness to complete a practical coding and debugging assessment.
We value shipped work more than exact years of experience.
STRONG ADVANTAGES
- Node.js or backend JavaScript.
- SQL or document databases.
- Internal tools, admin panels, Prisma, or comparable tooling.
- Vercel or comparable deployment platforms.
- AI-agent or LLM workflows.
- Notion and Slack automation.
- Outbound, enrichment, CRM, and prospect-pipeline tools.
- Marketing analytics, attribution, Search Console, and tag management.
- Motion graphics, video, Remotion, Blender, Three.js, or interactive web work.
- Figma and Adobe collaboration.
- B2B SaaS, client, or multi-stakeholder experience.
WHO WILL THRIVE HERE
You build more than discuss. You move between code, no-code, data, and creative tools. You handle imperfect briefs, learn quickly, debug calmly, communicate blockers, document systems, balance speed with quality, and own outcomes without detailed instructions.
This is not narrow Webflow production, disguised marketing, front-end styling only, campaign management only, pure design, research only, or ticket-taking support. You must connect the pieces and own results.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Your work reaches production quickly. You build daily-use systems across software, websites, AI, automation, and GTM. You own features from code through production, choose better tools, solve real operating problems, work with decision-makers, and see your impact.
HOW TO APPLY
Share four examples:
1. A React or Next.js application you shipped.
2. An automation or internal tool you built.
3. A website or landing-page system you owned.
4. A difficult technical problem you diagnosed and solved.
For each, explain the business problem, your ownership, tools used, what broke, and the resulting change. Working links, Looms, repositories, and concise case studies are preferred.
Screening prompt: Describe a project connecting React or Next.js with an API, data source, and automation. What did you build, what failed, and how did you make the system reliable
