Software Developer ((React Native / React Js) + WordPress

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and performant UIs across both iOS and Android platforms using React Native
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to deliver a native-like experience
• Maintain codebase and write automated tests to ensure high-quality software
• Transition existing React web and native apps to React Native framework
• Leverage native APIs for deep platform integrations
• Participate actively in solution design, architecture discussions, and contribute to the Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) team
• Develop reusable UI components following React.js best practices and workflows (Flux, Redux)
• Ensure robustness, maintainability, and high code quality of components and applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams working on different infrastructure layers
• Exhibit strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality
• Maintain deep understanding of ReactJS internals and prioritize code quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with React Native, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Thorough understanding of React core principles, hooks, navigation, and AsyncStorage
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax and nuances
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services
• Experience with databases such as Firebase, SQLite, or offline storage mechanisms
• Expertise in handling third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cucumber, or Detox
• Proficient with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial
• Experience deploying native mobile apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Strong understanding and practice of unit testing and automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Team management experience, including mentoring and leadership
• Skilled in mobile solution architecture and designing scalable apps
• Proficient in developing responsive websites with a mobile-first approach
