Job Description
- 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Python.
- Strong proficiency in Python, OOP, data structures and algorithms.
- Experience developing applications, backend services, automation frameworks or engineering tools.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PyTest.
- Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI APIs will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
