Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a software application (Risk Navigator) using C#, WPF, and SQL.

• Design and develop new Application UI Modules in Javascript/React following company standards

• Collaborate with other engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality and reliable software.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Support the migration to .net core and microservice architecture

• Connecting to data services , designing and providing APIs for third parties.

Your skills and experience

• Proficiency in C# programming language and .net Framework.

• Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for developing desktop applications.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for query definition and experience with database design and management.

• Strong knowledge of Javascript and React for user interface development

• Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jira, TeamCity, Jenkins),

• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with C#, WPF, and SQL.

• Experience in financial industry / asset management is required for proper discussion with stakeholders

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
