Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic and Planning:

• Manage and maintain assigned software module(s) to ensure stability and scalability.
• Participate in planning and estimation activities for product enhancements and project deliveries.

Functional Core:

• Follow ACGI development guidelines to design and develop core product solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate in vendor management activities for software delivery, patch releases, testing, and handover to business teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices for software quality.

People Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, and support to ensure software integrity and smooth implementation.
• Provide knowledge sharing and technical guidance within the team as required.
