Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Delhi, India. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support MyDr24's home healthcare and telemedicine platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end services and APIs, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and clinical staff. The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing performance, ensuring security and reliability, and contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building reliable applications.
• Candidates should possess experience in Back-End Web Development for creating and maintaining server-side components and APIs.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative workflows.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a healthcare technology environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in healthcare or telemedicine solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders are beneficial.
