Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain COBOL programs and CICS components for mainframe systems.
- Apply DB2 database concepts including SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Write and maintain JCL for batch job execution and operational support.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
- Document and maintain a knowledge base effectively with attention to detail.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.
- Good understanding of mainframe application development and support.
- Experience working with DB2 databases, SQL queries, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of batch processing and job scheduling using JCL.
- Understanding of IT systems, business applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in support and development environments.
Education: Any Graduation.
