About the Role

We're hiring a Software Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET (Core/Framework), MySQL, and Elasticsearch. You'll be working on our core document search infrastructureenhancing the speed, accuracy, and performance of legal data search across millions of documents.

Required Skills

• C# and .NET Framework/Core 4+ years of experience
• MySQL Schema design, query optimization, and indexing
• Elasticsearch Deep understanding of architecture, indexing, querying, and performance tuning
• Clean, scalable, maintainable code practices
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Solid debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing C# scripts for Elasticsearch integrations
• Design and manage Elasticsearch indices and queries to deliver fast, accurate search results
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and legal data teams to understand user needs
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability benchmarks are met
• Write efficient and reusable code
• Investigate and resolve production issues with long-term solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in legal-tech or with document-heavy systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
